Anna Gaivan
Innovations from heart Founder
I am the founder of Innovations from heart, a future-of-work and innovation learning platform helping professionals stay employable, adaptable, and future-ready in the era of AI transformation.
For more than a decade, I have been working at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, corporate transformation, and ecosystem development. My experience spans corporate innovation management, startup ecosystems, venture collaboration, innovation strategy, and building cross-sector partnerships between companies, startups, universities, and innovation communities.
I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Vienna University of Economics and Business, one of Europe’s leading business universities in innovation and entrepreneurship education. Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I mentor startups and early-stage founders through programs connected to the University of Vienna, supporting founders in innovation strategy, ecosystem positioning, and business development.
Previously, I worked as an Innovation Performance and Portfolio Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International, where I was responsible for innovation portfolio management, innovation performance systems, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within an international corporate environment.
Through Innovations from heart, I combine corporate innovation expertise, startup ecosystem experience, and a strong belief in human-centered technology to create learning ecosystems that help people navigate rapid technological change with confidence, community, and practical skills.
